With nature close by,
BIUDA will allow you to newly experience Jeju Island.
All rooms prepared with TEMPUR® mattresses and designer
bedding collections offer a comfortable and graceful stay.

Room entrances are mostly designed to have individual pathways
respecting privacy of all guests.
Larger than 26㎡, rooms have outdoor terraces
which look over a tangerine orchard with a distant sea view.

Rooms are equipped with Korean traditional floor heating systems
famously known as ‘On-dol’ which allow guests to experience
the warmth of Korean houses during their stay.
Together with TEMPUR® mattresses and pillows, organic cotton and naturally
dyed beddings are provided according to season.

Natural lighted premium private bathrooms are prepared
with rainfall showers and fine shower amenities.
Depending on the room type, guests can enjoy showers while watching stars.

In-room wireless Internet is provided free of charge.
All rooms are equipped with air-conditioners, dehumidifiers,
air circulators, mini-fridge, tea bar, storage space and safe boxes.

Caution for using the ladder
Accessing the loft involves ladder climbing.
The elderly and the infirm should be accompanied by a guardian.
Due to safety reasons, reservations will be limited for children and guests older than 50 in age.

Biuda facility information

Notice
  • JEJU STAY BIUDA is a facility for guests older than 13 years old.
    Children under 13 years old are not allowed even with parents or guardians accompanying.
    Children not mentioned or included in reservation details will not be accepted and no refund will be available for on-site cancellations in this case.
    Also, children under 19 years old without parents or guardians will not be accepted.
  • Our standard check-in time is 3PM and check-out time is 11AM.
    Please contact us for early check-in
    and late check-out inquiries.
    Late check-in after 6pm must be notified in advance.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoors and outdoors of JEJU STAY BIUDA.
    (including rooms, balconies connected to rooms
    and outdoor gardens)
  • All rooms do not have kitchens.
    Cooking activities in rooms are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
  • Room designs of JEJU STAY BIUDA are based on Korean traditional housing. When entering rooms all guests must take off shoes at room entrances.
  • Books are prepared in all rooms instead of Television sets
    providing a space for peaceful rests.
  • JEJU STAY BIUDA is a space created for many guests.
    We ask of all guests to help other visitors have
    a peaceful time during their stay.
    Please note that guests can be ask to be quiet
    or leave the property based on BIUDA’s regulations.

STANDARD MORNING MEAL
(Temporary service closed due to COVID-19)

Breakfast is served between 8AM to 10AM at the CAFÉ AND DINING CHAEUDA which is located in the same building
(last order 09:30AM)

Breakfast meals are served in light brunch style.
Fish or abalone is usually the main ingredient of
BIUDA’s breakfast menu.
Bread and coffee is served together with fresh vegetables raised in BIUDA’s gardens and seasonal fruits of Jeju Island.
Usually breakfast is served as a western style meal
which is prepared with fresh ingredients as mush as possible delivered from farms and ports of Jeju Island.
Depending on the ingredients, Korean style menu
is served occasionally.

  • All breakfast meals are served according to
    pre-reserved schedules.
    Most preferred breakfast time (08:00~10:00, last order 09:30)
    should be informed beforehand.
    Breakfast reservations must be made during check-in
    or before 5PM the day before.
  • JEJU STAY BIUDA is doing its best to minimize food waste
    which will help save the environment and
    protect food resources.
SEMI MORNING MEAL

Morning tea & coffee is served with daily sandwich
between 8 to 10 a.m. every morning
at the CAFÉ& DINING CHAEUDA.
(Take-out is only available for beverage service. )

Ride through Jeju Island, peddling on a bike empowered by human feet. It will be an exciting experience and a good way to protect Jeju’s natural environment. All profits of the RIDE CENTER will be donated for children that have disabilities in walking.

Refundable deposit will be charged for each bike.
Deposit may not be refundable when bike repair is needed due to user’s fault.

Jeju Stay BIUDA is located in the Jungmun area which is the hub of Jeju tourism.
Having the 1136 Jung-san-gan-ro nearby,
taking the Seakdal/Jungmun Interchange makes travelling convenient.
By car, Jungmun Tourism Complex takes 5 minutes; Jeju City 30 minutes;
center of Seogwipo City 15 minutes;
Andeok Sanbang mountain takes15 minutes.

Driving from JEJU Int’l Airport
1. Turn right exiting the airport parking lot >drive towards ‘Sin-Jeju’2. Turn right at ‘Sin-Jeju Entrance Intersection’ >drive towards ‘Jungmun’ on ‘1135 Pyung Hwa Ro’3. Turn left at ‘Sang Chang’ crossroads >drive towards ‘1136 Joong San Gan’ road4. Get out on the 3rd Interchange ‘Seakdal” >drive towards Seakdal/Jungmun
Public Transportation from JEJU Int’l Airport
1. From airport : GATE number 5,get on airport limousine bus number 6002. Get off at 'Yuh-Mi-Ji Botanical Garden'located at the entrance of the Jungmun Tourism Complex3. Take a Taxi (5-10mins ride) or Walk (20-25mins on foot): For other buses get off at 'Saekdal' or 'Sengsu mul'and walk 10-15 mins
